One2Feed Mix
The heart in the One2Feed is the rail-suspended, 380 volt connected vertical mixer One2Feed Mix with two infinitely variable (frequency operated) vertical augers – all made of 100 per cent stainless steel. The unique wireless controlling system is PC or internet operated. The result is an unproblematic feed of more than 1000 cows.

A detailed description of One2Feed Mix
One2Feed Mix is a vertical mixer with a volume of 3.5 m3 (max. 1225 kg) provided with 1-2 electrical actuator-operated doors. One2Feed Mix is supplied with doors in one or both sides for unloading direct on the feeding table (narrow feeding table) or with discharge conveyor belt (wide feeding table). The discharge conveyor is operated with individual, variable speed (frequency operated) for each feeding table section; so that the feed is placed precisely, even if the cow house sections differ in space.
One2Feed Mix is made of 100 per cent stainless steel and is mounted with two speed controlled (frequency operated) vertical augers of a design ensuring a good mix of all feeds. Each auger has its own gear motor. The mixing vat is suspended in 2 four-wheeled trolleys of which one is provided with two 380 V frequency controlled gear motors with driving wheels of vulcanised rubber. Trolleys and mixer are interconnected with a suspended support with two tensile weighing cells for automatic weighing-in and unloading/ weighing-out of feed.
One2Feed Mix uses as a standard IPE 180 rails mounted on cow house stanchions and/or in the building construction. They can be suspended with a large span in order to minimize the amount of stanchions and pillars to facilitate the coming and going, and the cleaning of the area.
Unloading of the feed takes place through a calculation of the weight and the length of travelling, so that an even amount of feed is laid out in the entire feeding-passage.
One 2Feed Mix can be supplied with doors in both sides for direct unloading (at small feeding-passages). If One2Feed Mix is provided with a discharge conveyor, its speed will be controlled so that the feed is un-loaded at different distances depending on the amount of feed and the width of the feeding-passage.
One2Feed Mix has been made of the best components. The mixing bin, augers, shafts etc. are all made of stainless steel. All motors are 380 V industrial gear motors, which will need no service, or just a minimum of service securing a long life. A brush for sweeping-in of feed remnants can be mounted before a new feeding is started.
One2Feed Mix is constantly provided with 380 V from the closed current-carrying rails, which at the investment stage is a solution that is a bit more expensive, however, in the long run it is a much more profitable and dependable investment. Substantial effect is always available also for extra equipment such as a brush under the mixing vat for sweeping-in remnant feed before the next feeding.
Weighing-in of minerals and concentrates can be made directly in the wagon. If a more precise weighing and a larger capacity of the plant are required, the weighing-in can take place in a separate weighing vat, which will subsequently fill it into the One2Feed.
