One2Feed Silage Hopper
The One2Feed Silage hopper is with horizontal storage, transport and vertical dosage of the feed. The hopper can handle cut or chopped blocks as well as loose silage. The One2Feed Hopper holds effectively from 16 m3 to 48 m3 – feed for several days without deteriorating the quality of the feed. The hopper is available as a stationary or mobile unit with possibilities for loading from the side or the rear.
The hopper is provided with a flush walking floor to convey the feed horizontally. The system consists of three sets of aluminium profiles (3 x 7 pieces) sealed together, which are pushed forward simultaneously by three hydraulic cylinders, and pulled back one by one. The floor is maintenance-free. There will be no waste or blind spots with bad feed.
The cutting-up device is able to loosen, divide coarsely and dose all types of silage – cut or chopped blocks of grass or maize, as well as loose silage – and transport it to the One2Feed Mix.
The cutting-up device is provided with three tooth belts and transverse catchers with exchangeable blades e.g. for grass silage. The travelling speed of the cutting-up device is infinitely variable for an optimum dosage. All vital parts of the cutting-up unit are galvanized.
To control the hopper a separate unit is supplied, or the control is integrated the One2Feed dosing unit.
